Samina joined the Immigration Law Team at Qore Legal in 2022. Samina is a Solicitor, registered under the SRA and has been practising immigration law for over 13 years.

Samina has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law ranging from complex asylum and human rights cases to family-based applications and nationality law. Samina’s experience also extends to applications made under the EEA Regulations, the Points-Based System as well as entry clearance applications to the UK which includes work, study, family and visit visa applications. In addition to this, Samina specialises in Home Office fee waiver applications and has a highly successful record in this field.

Samina also has experience in challenging Home Office decisions and undertaking appeal work to the Immigration Tribunals.
