Nataliya is a Chartered Legal Executive and Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. She has a wealth of experience having worked in immigration and asylum law since 2001.
Nataliya deals with a wide range of asylum and human rights cases and has extensive experience in complex asylum and human rights cases, including those involving extradition in different jurisdictions, in particular concerning cases of clients from Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.
Nataliya also deals with business immigration under the Points Based System, EEA applications, entry clearance applications, nationality applications, deportation appeals and applications for bail. This involves challenging decisions directly with the Home Office, within the immigration tribunals and higher courts and also by Judicial Review.
She has gained solid experience in working on detention cases, in particular relating to claims for unlawful detention
