Gamal Basha

Legal Consultant

Gamal is an immigration specialist consultant supporting clients across immigration, asylum and appeals. He is experienced with over 14 years’ working in law having first qualified as a lawyer in Egypt and continuing to practice there as a Judge for over a decade. His passion for the law has taken him around the world, gaining a Master’s in Law from UC Davis (USA), U Peace (Costa Rica) and SOAS University here in London.

He has been working in international law, immigration and asylum since 2016, working on the ground in refugee support in Greece, Jordan and Lebanon. More recently settling in London and focussing on providing legal advice, support and assistance in immigration law.

Gamal has a great reputation for supporting his clients through the whole process from capturing witness statements, collecting objective evidence, through to working with specialists and submitting applications to the Home Office and evidential bundles to the immigration First-tier and Upper Tribunals.

In addition to immigration, asylum and appeals he can support clients with Human Rights applications, Student Visas, Spouse Visas, and any form of Further Leave to Remain applications.
