Although the amount of the Home Office fees hasn’t been changed much since 2018, the Immigration Health Surcharge fee has increased sharply. It was £200 per person per year in 2018, and doubled to £400 per person per year in 2019. This fee will possibly be increased to £624 per person per year this October.
Therefore, even on the basis that the visa fee remains unchanged, the cost of the applicant has significantly increase by hundreds or even thousands of pounds.
